The IXA40PG1200DHGLB is a surface-mount IGBT phaseleg module integrating two XPT IGBTs and four Sonic diodes for resonant and high-frequency applications. It features a 1200 V blocking voltage, 63 A continuous collector current at 25°C, and a typical saturation voltage of 1.85 V at 25°C. The package has an isolated back surface with 4 mm creepage to the heatsink, low parasitic inductance, and meets RoHS standards. Dimensions are 58.4 mm × 32 mm × 7.23 mm. Thermal resistance Rₚₒ is 0.55 K/W, and Rₚₛ with heatsink compound is 0.75-0.95 K/W. The device supports applications including buck-boost choppers, three-phase AC drives, and induction heating.
