The FMD40-06KC is a 600 V N-channel CoolMOS™ power MOSFET with an integrated fast recovery diode, designed for high-frequency switching applications such as power factor correction and switched-mode power supplies. It is housed in an ISOPLUS i4-PAC™ package with an isolated back surface, measuring 9 g in weight and featuring a pin-to-pin creepage of 1.7 mm and pin-to-backside metal creepage of 5.5 mm. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 38 A at 25°C and an on-resistance of 60 mΩ at 20 A and 10 V gate voltage. The reverse diode has a forward voltage of 2.6 V at 20 A and 25°C. The package supports a maximum isolation voltage of 2500 V~ and meets UL registration E72873.
