The DCNLEV100-ES is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a side mount, polarized load terminals, and a 48V DC nominal coil voltage (33-52V DC working range). It has a continuous carry current of 100A and a voltage rating of 750V DC. The device is sealed to IP67, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. Mounting is secured with M4 bolts at 2.3 Nm torque. Dimensions are 46mm x 53mm x 53mm, and it meets UL File No. E510407. The contact arrangement is SPST-NO with auxiliary contacts rated for 2A at 30VDC or 3A at 125VAC. The relay is manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
