The 32V Bolt-Down ZCASE® BMZ Series 2-Way Busbar & Stud Assembly is a component part of the BMZ Series fuse holder. The 2-way assembly connects to a ZCASE® BMZ Series battery terminal mount (sold separately), allowing the addition of multiple ZCASE® fuses to a post-style battery. Insulated bolts on the busbar let you mount compatible ZCASE® fuses (sold separately) using standard M8 threaded hardware (not included). 2-way busbar assembly enables a multi-fuse holder configuration for the BMZ Series Requires a BMZ Series battery terminal mount (876-199 or 0FHZ00852), fuse holder cover (901-325), and standard M8 hardware, all sold separately

Assembly

  1. Place the battery terminal on the stud & bus bar assembly. For 2 positions bolt the two pieces together.
  2. Place Z-case fused to the battery
  3. Mount the assembly to the battery
  4. Attach cables with ring terminals over the top of the fuses onto the studs
  5. Thread nuts and lock washers to the top of the studs and torque to 12+/-2 Nm
