The 24022 is an intermittent-duty, normally open, single-pole single-throw solenoid relay rated for 12 V dc operation with a grounded 3.8 Ω coil. It is rated for 500 A make and 100 A break, and features a molded phenolic housing with plated steel parts. The relay has a three-stud mounting configuration with a flat flanged bracket, and includes two hex nuts for 5/16-24 power terminals and one hex nut for the #10-32 coil terminal. The coil is grounded through the bracket, requiring mounting on a clean metal surface.
