Linear Systems JFETs PN4118 TO-92 3L ROHS

The PN4118 is an N-channel JFET amplifier in a TO-92 package with three leads, designed for low-power, high-input-impedance applications. It has a gate-source breakdown voltage of -40V, a maximum total device dissipation of 300mW, and a gate-source cutoff voltage range of -1V to -3V. The saturation drain current ranges from 0.08mA to 0.60mA at VDS=10V and VGS=0. Gate reverse current is specified at -10pA maximum at 25°C and -25nA at 150°C with VGS=-10V. The device meets RoHS compliance, has a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, and can operate with source and drain leads interchanged due to symmetrical geometry. Input capacitance is up to 3pF and reverse transfer capacitance is up to 1.5pF at 1MHz. Transconductance ranges from 80µS to 650µS at 1kHz.
