The LS830 is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier in a TO-71 package, designed for ultra-low leakage and low drift applications. It features a maximum gate-to-source voltage of 40V, a continuous power dissipation of 500mW, and an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device exhibits a maximum temperature drift of 5µV/°C, gate leakage current of 0.1pA at 25°C, and input capacitance of 3pF max.
