The Shld Ntwrk Cable, Cat5E, 2Pair, 100Ft is designed for Profinet Type A applications and meets the requirements for Category 5e networking. It features two twisted pairs of 22 AWG solid tinned copper conductors, providing a nominal diameter of 0.305 inches. The cable is shielded with a combination of a 38 AWG tinned copper braid and an aluminized polyester foil, ensuring 100% coverage for enhanced signal integrity. The jacket is made from thermoplastic elastomer, colored green, and is resistant to sunlight, cutting/machining oil, and welding spatter. It has a temperature rating of -40¬8C to 75¬8C, with a maximum jacket temperature of 105¬8C. The cable is compliant with RoHS standards and is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications up to 100 meters when installed according to TIA-184 recommendations. Electrical characteristics include a maximum voltage rating of 600V, a maximum DC resistance of 6.2 ohms, and an impedance of 100 ¬± 15 ohms across a frequency range of 1 to 100 MHz. The cable also demonstrates good return loss performance, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission.
