The 1931A is a slim-line tension-fit nylon PCB spacer designed to electrically isolate a printed circuit board from a chassis. It features a one-piece design that permanently attaches to a chassis up to 0.070 in (1.78 mm) thick and tension-fits a PCB up to 0.062 in (1.57 mm) thick, allowing for easy board removal during repairs. The spacer has a 0.156 in (4.0 mm) diameter mounting hole and a length of 0.750 in (19.1 mm). Constructed of nylon 6/6 with a UL 94V-0 flame rating, it requires no tools for installation and minimizes board space usage.
