KCF Technologies, Inc. SmartDiagnostics® Collection Server CS-1

In certain industrial applications, it is not possible to place the Primary Receiver Nodes and the Machine Condition Monitoring Software computer in the same location. For these scenarios, KCF offers a Collection Server. The Collection Server hosts one or several Receiver Nodes that receive data wirelessly from their nearby sensor nodes. The Collection Server then relays the data to the MCM software computer via a corporate intranet or the Internet. This capability enables you to organize a set of receiving nodes far from the MCM software computer (on the roof of a building or through a steel-walled enclosure, for example). The Collection Server also makes it possible to set up wireless sensor groups in several locations throughout the plant, to have a semi-portable receiver station, or even place sensors at remote locations that are accessible only via cellular network.
