Designed and manufactured under the Nanomotion brand, HR motors combine unlimited stroke with high resolution in compact dimensions. HR series motors range in size from 1 – 8 piezo elements providing forces to 3.2kg, and multiple motors can be combined for up to 15kg force. These motors can drive rotary and linear stages with a wide dynamic range of speeds. HR motors have unlimited travel with vacuum versions available. Applications include microscopy, precision motion, and robotics.
