The SBU-2000 is our entry point free standing bench unit. Built on a stable base which also acts a ink reservoir, this unit is capable of producing higher output currents than the smaller SBU-1000. Available with a range of accessories to aid in efficient processing the unit is capable of switching between AC, HWDC and FWDC modes of operation for tailored inspection of a test parts. This unit can also be installed with a surrounding inspection booth including either a Mercury vapour or LED inspection lamp and blackout curtains. White light lamps are available too. Features include: Input Voltage 35A at 230V Fused for protection Variable output: 0-2000A RMS AC Magnetic flow up to 17,250 Ampere turns AC, HWDC and FWDC selectable energizing modes Digital Ammeters Variable positioning clamps - 460mm maximum component length Ink reservoir seated in base - Complete with removable filters to prolong ink life Easy and quick to operate manual part clamp Contacts are 60mm diameter Copper gauze - U2 type Energizing foot switch UKAS calibrated and supplied with relevant paperwork. Optional features: 'Plato' Microchip - Allows auto-demagnetising, current memories and 'dial-an-amp' Accessories - Include coils, headstock mounted 'V' brackets, mini-jigs and inspection lamps UV booth with inspection lamp and blackout curtains As with all our bespoke units, contact with our technical sales department is the first step.
