Zilog Single FETs, MOSFETs IXFP34N65X2W

The IXFP34N65X2W is a 650 V, 34 A N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TO-220 package, designed for switch-mode power supplies, motor drives, and DC-DC converters. It has a maximum on-resistance of 100 mΩ at 25 °C and is avalanche rated with 1 J of energy absorption capability. The device supports a junction temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C and meets AEC-Q200 qualification. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.23 K/W, and the package dimensions are within standard TO-220 specifications with a mounting torque of 1.13 Nm (10 lb.in).
