High pressure steam generators as single flame-tube boilers with a performance of up to 17.5 t/h with light oil and 22.8 t/h with natural gas.
Based on a furnace heat input of 14.0 MW with light fuel oil and 18.2 MW with natural gas, in accordance with the 97/23/EU (pressure equipment directive) and EN 12953, steam ratings of up to 20.5 t/h respectively 26.6 t/h, steam can be achieved, although this requires increased effort and expenditure for monitoring.
The SCHNEIDER Three Pass Boiler is equipped with a total built in and 100% water cooled and gas tight rear reversing chamber (wet back design).
