MFS02.PSTD.0 is a thermal mass flow sensor mounted on a standard PCB for direct integration, designed for fast gas flow and direction measurement in bridge or CTA mode. It operates from 0 to 1.5 m/s in bridge mode and up to 150 m/s in CTA mode, with a response time under 10 ms and sensitivity of 0.0003 m/s. The sensor supports gas temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C and chip temperatures up to +160 °C. Dimensions are 38.1 × 10.82 × 0.9 mm, with a 1.9 mm height including the substrate. It uses bonding pad connections, operates at 2 V to 6 V, and consumes 10 mW to 50 mW at no flow. Accuracy is better than 2% of the measured value, dependent on calibration and electronics.
