The TLE9250VSJ is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed for automotive and industrial applications, compliant with ISO11898-2 (2016) and SAE standards J1939 and J2284. It supports CAN FD data frames at bit rates up to 5 MBit/s and features guaranteed loop delay symmetry. The device offers excellent electromagnetic immunity and low electromagnetic emissions, eliminating the need for additional common mode chokes. It includes robust ESD protection rated at +/-8kV (HBM) and +/-11kV (IEC 61000-4-2), as well as overtemperature protection and short circuit protection to ground, battery, V_CC, and V_IO. The TLE9250VSJ operates in various modes, including power-save and power-down states, and is available in a RoHS-compliant PG-DSO-8 package suitable for automated optical inspection.
