Compact 65 W USB-C PD charger REF_65W_HFACF_PAG2 was developed for a USB-PD charger with PPS and legacy protocols supported with a wide 100 Vac - 240 Vac range and output voltage from 5 V to 21 V. The output power of this design is 65 W. It features the industry’s benchmark uncased power density (32 W/in³) based on EZ-PD™ PAG2-AC with high-frequency operation. The design is powered by Infineon CoolGaN™ (GS-065-009-6S-L) with integrated lossless current sense feature.
