IRFR4615PbF is a 150V N-channel power MOSFET in a D-PAK package, designed for high-efficiency synchronous rectification and high-speed switching in SMPS and UPS applications. It has a continuous drain current of 33A at 25°C and 24A at 100°C, with a maximum on-resistance of 42mΩ at VGS=10V and ID=21A. The device supports a pulsed drain current of 140A and has a single-pulse avalanche energy rating of 109mJ. Thermal resistance is 1.045°C/W junction-to-case and 50°C/W junction-to-ambient when mounted on a PCB. The gate-to-source voltage is rated at ±20V. It meets RoHS compliance and is qualified to JEDEC JESD47F standards with MSL1 moisture sensitivity level. The body diode exhibits forward voltage up to 1.3V and reverse recovery charge up to 247nC at 125°C.
