The IR2130D is a high-voltage, high-speed three-phase driver for power MOSFETs and IGBTs, featuring three independent high- and low-side output channels with bootstrap operation up to 400 V offset voltage. It operates with a gate drive supply range of 10 to 20 V, includes undervoltage lockout for all channels, and provides over-current shutdown with a typical dead time of 0.9 µs. Propagation delays are matched across all channels, and outputs are in phase with inputs.
