The IR2127STRPBF is a high-voltage, high-speed single-channel gate driver designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side or low-side configurations up to 600 V. It is housed in an 8-lead SOIC package and features an integrated current sense comparator with fault output, undervoltage lockout, and 3.3 V to 15 V logic compatibility. The device supports bootstrap operation, has a peak output current of 200 mA source and 420 mA sink, and operates with a logic supply voltage of 10 to 20 V.
