It features a maximum drain-source on-state resistance of 0.28 Ω at 25°C, a continuous drain current of 18.1 A, and a pulsed drain current of 42.9 A. The device has a total gate charge of 32.6 nC and an output capacitance energy of 3.2 μJ at 400V. It is qualified for standard grade applications, meets RoHS requirements, and is halogen-free. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.05 °C/W, and the operating temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C.
