Infineon Technologies AG Voltage Regulators - Linear IFX8117MEV

The IFX8117MEV is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 1A of output current. It features a dropout voltage of 1.2V at maximum load and is available in an adjustable version, allowing output voltages from 1.25V to 13.8V, configured using external resistors. Additionally, fixed voltage options of 3.3V and 5V are also available in the same family. The device operates within a temperature range of 0¬8C to 125¬8C and offers line regulation of up to 0.2% and load regulation of up to 0.4%. Protection features include output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown.
