Infineon Technologies AG IGBT Modules FS150R06KE3

The FS150R06KE3 is an EconoPACK™3 IGBT module designed for inverter applications, featuring a 600 V collector-emitter voltage rating and a continuous collector current of 150 A at TC = 55°C. It includes an emitter-controlled diode with similar current and voltage ratings. The module has a maximum power dissipation of 430 W and a gate-emitter voltage range of ±20 V. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.174 K/W for the diode and 0.1015 K/W for the IGBT. The package is a module with mounting dimensions of 10.0 mm and 7.5 mm for the contacts to the heat sink, and a total weight of 300 g. It meets isolation requirements of 2.5 kV RMS for 1 minute and is rated for storage temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.
