The FF300R12ME4 is an EconoDUAL™3 module with Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4 and emitter-controlled HE diode, designed for motor drives, servo drives, UPS systems, and wind turbines. It is packaged in a standard housing with dimensions of 143.5 mm by 120.5 mm, and includes an integrated NTC thermistor. The module supports a collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V, a continuous collector current of 300 A, and a peak collector current of 600 A. Operating junction temperature is rated up to 150 °C, with a total power dissipation of 1600 W. The device meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is UL-approved (E83335).
