Evaluation board – Bidirectional high and low-side back-to-back MOSFET driver featuring EiceDRIVER™ 2EDF7175F Applications with lithium-ion batteries use battery management systems (BMS’s) to monitor the battery state and ensure safe operation. The BMS is typically equipped with an electronic switch that disconnects the battery from the charger or loads under critical conditions. This evaluation board featuring EiceDRIVER™ 2EDF7175F, uses a modular approach to drive the bidirectional MOSFET switch boards (EVAL_BDPS_DD_TOLL/G ) and can be used to drive multiple MOSFET boards in parallel. The board enables fast and easy prototyping of battery protection for batteries packs with nominal voltages up to 48 V.
