Infineon Technologies AG IGBT Modules DF1400R12IP4D

The DF1400R12IP4D is a PrimePACK™3 module featuring Trench/Fieldstop IGBT4 and enlarged Emitter Controlled 4 diodes for chopper applications. It is rated for 1200 V collector-emitter voltage and 1400 A continuous collector current, with a peak current of 2800 A. The module has a maximum power dissipation of 7.7 kW and operates with a junction temperature up to 175°C. It includes a substrate for low thermal resistance and meets 4 kV AC 1-minute insulation with CTI > 400. The package includes an NTC thermistor with a resistance of 5 kΩ at 25°C. The module dimensions and mounting details follow the PrimePACK™3 standard, with M5 mounting screws requiring 3.00 to 6.00 Nm torque. It is UL-approved under E83335.
