The BSM15GP60 is a 600 V, 15 A EconoPIM™ power integrated module with an IGBT inverter, rectifier diodes, and a brake chopper. It features a thermal resistance of 1.30 K/W for the IGBT collector-emitter junction and 0.95 K/W for the diode, both measured at Tj = 80 °C. The module uses the M_E2a/95 outline package and is rated for a reverse voltage of 1600 V with a forward current of 40 A. It is designed for applications in drives, traction, and metal processing.
