BFP196 is a low noise silicon bipolar RF transistor designed for broadband amplifiers in antenna and telecommunications systems up to 1.5 GHz, and as a power amplifier for DECT and PCN systems. It is packaged in an SOT143 surface mount case with pins configured as collector, emitter, base, and emitter. The device has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 12 V, a maximum collector current of 150 mA, and a total power dissipation of 700 mW. It features a transition frequency of 7.5 GHz, a minimum noise figure of 1.3 dB at 900 MHz, and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. Qualification according to AEC-Q101 is available.
