The QLSCH series consists of cam edge clamps for rapid single-operation clamping, with a precision-ground jaw that provides downward force to prevent workpiece lift. The body and jaw are made of SCM440 steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish. The cam handle features four 90°-spaced countersinks for adjustable handle positioning. Two variants exist: light-duty (QLSCH-L) and standard (QLSCH), with clamping forces up to 3.0 kN and operating loads up to 200 N. The clamping stroke ranges from 14 mm to 24 mm depending on size, and weights range from 620 g to 1360 g. The clamp is mounted using hex socket-head cap screws and is designed for consistent clamping force distribution across the stroke.
The cam handle allows fast clamping in single operation.
Spring-loaded light-duty style allows distributing constant clamping force. Standard style allows adjusting clamping force depending on operating loads. Precision-ground jaw is perfect for clamping the workpiece on its finish surface.
