A combination of crystal clear, emulsified, synthetic resins highly concentrated to provide one coat sealing properties. The ideal undercoater for subsequent coats of wax or polymer floor finishes. Fills crevices and pores in floors to form an excellent foundation for floor polish. Clean film enhances original floor colors. Dries rapidly - can be coated over in 30 minutes. Produces hard base to compliment gloss of fine floor polishes. Reduces heel and traffic marking on floor surfaces. Safe for use anywhere - nonflammable and odorless. Excellent cleaner and abrasion resistance.
