IKG Pressure Locked Close Mesh Grating BTL

Close Mesh Grating is manufactured by the same method as standard pressure locked grating, but with close bar spacings. It is one of the oldest designs of metal bar grating and installed as subway grating in most major U.S. cities. This versatile grating is available in a wide selection of styles; it provides a rigid, flush walking surface or an attractive vertical architectural screen or divider. The BTL close mesh product has bearing bars 3-9/16" on centers and cross bars 3/4" centers, a lighter weight design for lighter duty applications on shorter spans where a greatly reduced clear opening is required. Available in Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel. Note: The painted finish is one shop coat of water-based black or gray paint to protect during transit and is not considered a finished coat.
