Engineered specifically for slurry delivery applications, the Champion SL20 will handle even the most aggressive slurries with ease. The Champion air-operated, double diaphragm slurry pump is shaft-less and offers a unique Cross Phase Discharge™ design, which allows for near pulse-less overlapping discharge cycles. This, in addition to the pump's smooth, oversized flow path, significantly reduces shear effects that can cause slurry agglomeration.
This high purity, low maintenance pump also provides extended life between service intervals. Preventive maintenance is quick, easy and inexpensive. Only check valve components and diaphragms need to be replaced at regular, extended intervals. The SL20 is used in conjunction with Trebor's PC20 external pump controller. This controller was designed specifically for the Champion pump and offers increased up-time and consistently smooth slurry delivery.
