It is available in two color options: Red and Super Yellow Green, both featuring a water-clear lens. The LED operates with a forward current rating of 25 mA and has a maximum power dissipation of 60 mW. It can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 ¬8C and storage temperatures from -40 to +90 ¬8C. The soldering temperature is rated at 260 ¬8C for a duration of 5 seconds. In terms of optical characteristics, the luminous intensity for both color variants ranges from 18 to 45 mcd at a forward current of 20 mA. The viewing angle is 140 degrees, and the forward voltage is between 2.0 and 2.4 V at the same current level. The peak wavelengths are 639 nm for the Red variant and 575 nm for the Super Yellow Green variant. The device also has a reverse voltage rating of 5 V and an electrostatic discharge rating of 2000 V.
