HVFX-3/16 is a radiation-cross-linked, thin-wall, heat-shrinkable flexible fluoropolymer designed for applications requiring low profile, abrasion resistance, and flexibility. This product is suitable for jacketing and bundling wires to create light-duty harnesses, as well as providing insulation and strain relief for electrical connections and wire terminations. The operating temperature range is from -67°F (-55°C) to 230°F (110°C), with a shrink ratio of 2:1 and a shrink temperature of 275°F (135°C). The recovered wall thickness after shrinking is 0.195 inches (4.95 mm). Standard colors include black and color-coded options by size, and it is available in standard shipping lengths of 4-foot or 6-inch segments.
