HSLD makes use of HLT heat shrinkable tubing with a soft, intercloth liner of .004" nickel/copper plated, polyester cloth.
HSLD combines the convenience of a single step installation of heat shrinkable tubing and high performance shielding. Grounding can be accomplished through a connector, back shell, or grounding wire.
Applicable Specifications: SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5, Class 1 & 3 (Jacket only)
Typical Shielding Attenuation: 85 dB (100 MHz - 10 GHz)
Operating Temperature Range: -67°F (-55°C) to 275°F (135°C)
Shrink Ratio: 2 to 1
Shrink Temperature: 176°F (80°C)
Recommended Heat Gun: 500°F (260°C)
