ReAct™ 761 is a single-component tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets and structural applications, offering high tensile strength, impact resistance, and flexibility. It cures at room temperature with Hernon™ Activator 59, 56, or 63, or can be heat cured at 150°C. Cure fixture time is≤3 minutes on steel with Activator 59 at 0 mm gap. Cured shear strength on galvanized steel is 2000-3000 psi with Activator 59 at 22°C, rising to ≥4000 psi after 30 minutes at 150°C. It has a Shore D hardness of 60-70, viscosity of 80,000-120,000 cP at 25°C, and specific gravity of 1.01. The adhesive is not recommended for use with thermoplastics, in oxygen-rich systems, or with chlorine or strong oxidizers. Storage is recommended between 45°F and 85°F (7°C to 29°C).

ReAct® 761 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150°C.
