air.IQ is a complete, wall-mounted moisture analyzer system for measuring dew/frost point in inert gases, integrating the dew.IQ analyzer, IQ.probe sensor, and a predefined sample system. It features a stainless steel IP66 and NEMA 4X enclosure with IK10 impact resistance, supports process pressures up to 200 psig, and offers a measurement range of -110°C to +20°C. Electrical connections are made via a single 15-position terminal block, with switch-selectable analog outputs (4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, or 0-2 V), two programmable alarm relays, and a fail-safe fault relay. All gas-wetted components are 316 stainless steel, and the system includes a PVDF microfiber filter and borosilicate glass rotameter for flow indication. It is available in AC or DC power variants with 6 mm or 1/4″ process fittings.
