Chromium oxide corundum bricks with chromium oxide contents of 5 % to 20 % are made with additives that positively influence the elasticity of the brick. Low porosity bricks are also available in this product range.
Chromium oxide corundum bricks are mainly used in hazardous waste incineration plants as they excellently withstand the thermal, chemical and mechanical stresses in rotary kilns. For application up to 1.800 °C.
