GRI Pumps (A Gorman-Rupp Company) Magnetic Drive Circulator Pumps INTG3-570, 571

Description
Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, GRI's Integrity Series Magnetic Drive Circulator Pumps offer a flexible and robust pumping solution to OEM fluid circulation applications. By manufacturing the motors and the majority of the pump's components in-house, GRI has the flexibility to precisely configure an Integrity Series pump to meet an OEM's specific flow and pressure requirements. Equipped with an integrated 9 to 24 volt brushless DC variable speed motor, the magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps incorporate the components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption. GRI's DC powered variable speed pumps are ideal for a multiple of OEM applications where a small footprint is desired and high performance is expected. Applications and markets include, but are not limited to, chillers, coolers, medical devices, laser systems, alternative power units, hydronic heating and cooling, recreation and public transit vehicles, fuel cells, beverage dispensers, printing and imaging, and others.

Datasheet Summary
Powered by GS/AI

The GRI INTG3-570 and INTG3-571 Magnetic Drive Circulator Pumps are designed for fluid circulation in various OEM applications. These pumps operate within a voltage range of 9 to 24 VDC and feature a maximum flow rate of 7.50 GPM (28.4 LPM) and a maximum head of 58.00 ft (25.1 m) at 75 psi (5.2 BAR). The pumps are equipped with an integrated brushless DC motor, which allows for variable speed control and efficient operation. Constructed from durable materials, including PPS (Ryton¬Æ) for the body, housing, and impeller, and a ceramic pump shaft, these pumps are suitable for handling fluids at temperatures up to 203¬8F (95¬8C). The INTG3-570 and INTG3-571 models are available with different wiring options, including 2-wire and 3-wire configurations, and feature ports of 1/2,Äù MHB. These pumps are compliant with UL778 and NSF standards, ensuring safety and suitability for potable water applications. They are lightweight, approximately 0.8 lbs (362.9 grams), and require a continuous flooded suction environment for optimal performance. Customization options are available for specific OEM requirements.
