SYGEF Standard Lug-style end installation butterfly valve type 244 with pneumatic actuator, fail safe to open, and no manual override, designed for ANSI/ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanges. Housing is PP-GF30 with SS316 lug inserts, control range is 90°, and the valve is rated for a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The DN110 size has an overall length of 359.6 mm, width of 240 mm, height of 388.3 mm, and weighs 6.406 kg. Connecting dimensions follow EN 558, ISO 5752 line 25. Valve-integrated position feedback with limit switches is available as an optional accessory, to be ordered separately.
