The CRTP is a programmable electronic rotation control unit mounted on a 35mm DIN rail, designed to detect speed reduction or stoppage of rotating mechanisms using separate inductive, capacitive, or photoelectric sensors. It operates with a 24Vdc/ac power supply, monitors rotation rates from 0.1 to 2400 RPM or time intervals from 0.03 to 512 seconds, and features a Form C relay output rated at 5A at 240VAC resistive load. An initial delay of 0.3 to 10 seconds is programmable, and output logic can be configured for either manual or automatic reset. The unit includes LED indicators for power and alarm status, operates within a temperature range of -20 to +60°C, and has an IP40 protection rating with a plastic housing.
This device is composed of a central electronic unit that plugs into a socket and an inductive, capacitive or photoelectric sensor. Since the sensor is separate any number of sensors can be used allowing for this unit to operate in a number of applications.
