The I18M5POC is an 18 mm diameter inductive sensor designed for reliable detection in various applications. It features a PNP output with a normally open configuration and operates within a power supply range of 10 to 30 Vdc. The sensor has a maximum switching current of 200 mA and a power drain of less than 15 mA at 24 Vdc. It supports an operating frequency of up to 700 Hz and offers a repeatability of ¬±5% of the sensing distance. The sensor is constructed from nickel-plated brass and is rated with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring it is dust-tight and resistant to immersion in water. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 ¬8C. The I18M5POC includes a mating M12S2M connector with a 2-meter cable for easy installation. Short circuit and reverse polarity protection are also integrated, enhancing its reliability in various environments.
