In addition to the individual units from Ewellix, there are also tandem and quadro units for the compact version (ISO series 1) and the standard version (ISO series 3). Tandem units are equipped with two bearings arranged one behind the other and enable the customer to design linear tables with variable widths. Quadro units have four bearings and a fixed shaft spacing and are the most user-friendly linear stage components. The housings of the units are made of aluminium.
