GGB-DB® cast bronze bushings are maintenance-free bearings designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, featuring solid lubricant inserts of PTFE or graphite. They are available in cylindrical, flanged, thrust washer, and other custom forms, with operating temperatures up to 350°C for graphite-impregnated versions. Mechanical properties include minimum yield strengths from 97 to 414 N/mm² and tensile strengths from 207 to 758 N/mm². Maximum dynamic load capacity ranges from 70 to 250 N/mm², with a maximum sliding speed of 0.5 m/s and a pU factor up to 1.5 N/mm²·m/s. The coefficient of friction under dry conditions is 0.05-0.18. Bearings require housing holes with H7 tolerance and shafts with d8 tolerance, with surface roughness specified for assembly.
