GGB DP10™ Metal-Polymer Plain Bearings 08 DB10

DP10 metal-polymer plain bearings are designed for automotive and industrial applications requiring low friction and wear resistance in dry or marginally lubricated conditions. They support linear, oscillating, and rotating movements with an operating temperature range from -200°C to 280°C. The bearings have a static load capacity of 250 N/mm⁲ and a dynamic load capacity of 140 N/mm⁲. In dry operation, the maximum sliding speed is 2.5 m/s and the maximum pU factor is 1.0 N/mm⁲·m/s; under oil lubrication, these values increase to 5.0 m/s and 10.0 N/mm⁲·m/s. The coefficient of friction ranges from 0.02 to 0.25 depending on conditions. The material is lead-free and compliant with ELV, WEEE, and RoHS specifications. Shaft surface roughness should be 0.3-0.5 μm for dry operation and up to 0.40 μm for lubricated use, with shaft hardness above 200 HB recommended for extended life.
