Integral display controller, drivers and dc/dc converter. Over 220 characters and symbols. Serial or parallel interface. All of the displays use our green phosphor with 505nm peak wavelength and colour co-ordinates x=0.23, y=0.41. This is filterable from Blue through to light red.
