The ECX-P33CM-12.800 is a surface mount LVPECL clock oscillator with a 3.3V supply, 5×3.2mm package size, and ±25 ppm frequency stability over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It operates from 10.000 to 1500.0 MHz with a typical input current of 48 mA at 12.8 MHz, a 48/52% output symmetry, and 1.0 ps RMS phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The device features an enable pin with internal pull-up, 200 ns enable time, 50 ns disable time, and meets ESD Human Body Model standards up to 3 kV. Moisture sensitivity level is 1, with gold termination and ceramic base construction.
