ECX-H22BN-66.666 is a surface mount HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 2.5V supply, 5.0 x 3.2 mm package size, and ±50 ppm frequency stability over the operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. It operates at 66.666 MHz with an input current of 25 mA typical, output rise and fall times up to 1500 ps, and output load of 15 pF. Phase jitter is 1.0 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The device features an output enable pin with internal pull-up, and conforming to an ESD tolerance of 3 kV human body model. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 with gold termination.
