The ECS-5032MV-80-CN-TR is a surface-mount HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3 mm ceramic package, designed for low-power and portable applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6 V and supports a frequency of 8.000 MHz. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm across the operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, featuring a rise and fall time of 7 ns maximum and a start-up time of 5 ms. Phase jitter is 1 ps from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Standby current is 10 µA, and it is RoHS compliant with a reflow tolerance of 260°C ±5°C for 10 seconds maximum. The part includes tri-state control and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
