The ECX-53BQ is a miniature surface mount crystal with a 3.2 x 5 mm footprint, AEC-Q200 qualified, and RoHS compliant. It operates over a temperature range of -40 to +125°C with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm for the DS option, and a shunt capacitance of 7 pF. The crystal supports frequencies from 8.000 to 54.000 MHz with equivalent series resistance values ranging from 30 to 100 ohms depending on frequency, and a maximum drive level of 100 μW. Load capacitance is specified in the part number and ranges from 6 to 20 pF. The device has a 4-pad layout with pins 1 and 3 interchangeable, and is designed for reflow soldering with a peak temperature of +260°C for up to 10 seconds.
